2. WORLDLY DANCE IN THE CHURCH OF GOD; The trending dance step in the church these days is "shoki", you will tell God when your hand turn to snake and the person you are about to strike. Some girls also what they do is twerking in the church, which can even make the pastor backslide, you better watch your ways.

3. TOASTING IN THE CHURCH OF GOD; A new babe just visited your church and because you don't want brother Mike to outsmart you in talking to her, you now decided to do your parol right inside the church, please the church is not a hook up zone, if you are in church, it's God you are there to meet not babe......

While knocking back a glass or two might help you fall asleep faster, going to bed with a buzz may also lead to a worse night’s sleep. REM sleep is essential to a good night’s rest. The problem with alcohol is that it has a significant impact on REM sleep, which can hurt long-term memory and make us more irritable. “Basically, alcohol is a REM suppressant,” says Gehrman. “The more we drink, the less REM we get.”

2. Too many drinks can trigger heartburn.

And that uncomfortable burning sensation wake us up or keep us awake in the first place. Alcohol has been known to relax the lower esophageal sphincter, the muscle between your stomach and esophagus that’s supposed to be closed except for when you’re swallowing food. However, when you throw too many drinks into the mix, the muscle can relax and stay open for too long, causing stomach acid to come back up, which results in a burning feeling. Unfortunately, caffeine can have a similar effect, so if eliminating alcohol doesn’t decrease your heartburn, you may want to cut back on that too.

Both alcohol and most sleep medications target the neurotransmitter GABA, which calms our nervous activity. Because many sleep aids and alcohol target the same neural system, drinking too much can turn into a deadly combination, inhibiting parts of the brain that are necessary for survival like breathing and heart beating, Gehrman says. While many new sleep medications may not have as large of a risk, the safest bet is to never mix any kind of sleep aid with alcohol.

Tragic As Top Renowned Preacher Myles Munroe and Wife Die In Plane Crash...

Renowned gospel leader, transformational leader, business coach and author of many motivational books, Dr. Myles Munroe and his wife, Ruth Ann, died in a plane crash in the Bahamas yesterday Nov. 9th.

The couple and 7 others were killed after the Lear 36 executive private jet they were traveling in struck a crane at the grand Bahamas ship yard, as it approached for landing, exploding on impact.

The plane which had nine people on board left the Lynden Pindling International Airport and was trying to make a landing at the Grand Bahama International Airport when it crashed. Everybody was killed. The group was on their way to the Global Leadership Forum, which was organized by Dr. Munroe and was scheduled for this week in Freeport.

According to the UK Daily Mail the identity of the Navy Seal who shot terror chief Osama bin Laden dead in the special force's most famous operation at Abbottobad, in Pakistan, on 2 May 2011 has been revealed.

His name is Rob O'Neill, 38, a highly-decorated veteran who quit after 16 yrs service. O'Neil waived his anonymity recently and agreed to sit down with Fox News later this month to talk about his life and that operation that finally brought some peace to America and its allies.

In an exclusive interview with Mail Online Rob's father, Tom O'Neill, said he's not afraid that his son has gone public "People are asking if we are worried that ISIS will come and get us because Rob is going public. I say I'll paint a big target on my front door and say come and get us."

The former member of SEAL Team Six from Butte, Montana, has been portrayed on screen in Zero Dark Thirty, Captain Phillips and Lone Survivor. The US military are not in agreement of his coming out now to talk about the operation and he now faces being frozen out of its circles for these closely-held secrets. He is now a regular motivational speaker. He talks about applying the lessons of his time in the SEALs to business decision making.

O'Neill is the second SEAL of the 23 involved in the raid to make his identity public. He said his decision to speak out was prompted by losing some of his military benefits by quitting the SEALs after 16 years rather than staying for a full 20 years of service...
