Falcons Star Asisat Oshoala Sign Join English Champions Liverpool Ladies..

Liverpool Ladies were delighted this morning to announce the signing of recently crowned African Women's Player of the Year, Asisat Oshoala. The FA Women's Super League champions secured the signature of the highly rated 20-year-old Nigerian international from Nigerian Women's Championship title winners, Rivers Angels.

Asisat is an explosive forward who was voted the most valuable player at the U20 World Cup in Canada in 2014, where she was the top goalscorer as the Falconets finished runners up to Germany. Asisat inspired Rivers Angels to their first league title victory since 2010 when they beat Pelican Stars to the title as well as helping her side to clinch the Nigerian Women's Cup.

Matt Beard's Liverpool are currently preparing for forthcoming WSL and Champions League campaigns, having retained their league title on the final day in 2014. Speaking of her move to Merseyside, Asisat said, "Since I began my football career I have always dreamt of beinga professional footballer, so to be able to join the reigning Women's Super League champions is absolutely fantastic."

Fiorentina Accept Chelsea £23million Bid For Juan Cuadrodo..

Probably the next Costa or maybe a supporting Costa either way Fiorentina have accepted a 23 million pound bid from Chelsea for Juan Cuadrado,The Expressclaim. Considering that Viola boss Vincenzo Montella completely rubbished all talk of a Cuadrado exit earlier today, it’s a surprising development claimed by the Express.

The paper say that the club have ultimately decided to accept Chelsea’s bid due to increasing pressure from the player’s agent, despite the fact that it’s £2m below the Colombian’s buyout clause.

Cuadrado was the subject of a reported ‘bidding war’ between Barcelona and Manchester United in the last summer transfer window after rising to the fame on the back of his solid World Cup with Colombia, but nothing materialized. Once United had secured the Di Maria deal they cooled on the Colombian, while Barcelona’s interest seemed to simply peter out, and he remained at the Serie A club, though it was widely accepted that it was not a long-term solution for a player with Champions League ambitions.

Chelsea’s interest really only surfaced this past week, and it’s developed to the point that Chelsea are now free to discuss terms with the player, according to the Express, following Fiorentina’s acceptance of the bid. The Express conclude by saying that Cuadrado’s imminent arrival at the Bridge could spell the end of Andre Schurrle’s Chelsea career.

At Last!!! Thierry Henry Set To Retire From Soccer After 20 Years..

Legendary French soccer star Thierry Henry has announced his retirement from professional football after 20 years of playing for top clubs like Barcelona, Arsenal & France.

He announced this on his Facebook page and said "he will be returning to London to join Sky Sports as a football expert and ambassador.“ After 20 years in the game I have decided to retire from professional football.

It has been an incredible journey and I would like to thank all the fans, team mates and individuals involved with AS Monaco, Juventus, Arsenal FC, FC Barcelona, the New York Red Bulls and of course the French national team that have made my time in the game so special. It is now time for a different career path and I am pleased to say that I will be returning to London and joining Sky Sports.

I will hopefully share some of the insights, observations and experiences I have learnt over the years with you guys. I have had some amazing memories (mostly good!) and a wonderful experience. I hope you have enjoyed watching as much as I have enjoyed taking part.”

Balotelli In Trouble Once Again With English FA..

Now it should be don't be like Mario anywhere He goes is trouble.. Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli has been charged by the Football Association for posting an image of the Nintendo character, "Super Mario on instagram and writing "jumps like a black man and grabs coins like a jew”..

Just a few hours after Balotelli posted it on December 1, many people said they found it offensive and accused him of Racism and Antisemitism. Balotelli deleted the image after it caused a lot of controversy, denied the accusations of racism and then issued an apology on Facebook to people who found the pic offensive... Despite the public apology, the FA still charged him.

Ballotelli submitted his observation of the post to the FA committee yesterday Dec. 5th, stating he had no intention of being racial with the photo and that he has also been a victim of racial attacks before. He was subsequently charged under rule E3, which cites as “aggravating factors” references to ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, faith, gender, sexual orientation or disability.

The FA in its charge said “It is alleged the Liverpool player breached FA Rule E3 (1) in that his posting was abusive and/or insulting and/or improper.

It is further alleged that this is an ‘Aggravated Breach’ as defined by FA Rule E3[2] as it included a reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race and/or nationality and/or religion or belief. The player has until 6pm on 15 December 2014 to respond to the charge.”

Its been over 1 week since the death of cricket international Star Phil Hughes and its still so painful.. I watch his documentary on Super Sport and i got to know how much he was loved by many around him in addition to his jovial and funny human nature...

Below are Pics taken from his funeral with his dad Gregory Hughes pictured very emotional as he carried his son's coffin into his funeral on December 3rd.

Phil Hughes died on November 27th two days after he was struck in the back of the neck by a ball during a cricket game in Sydney, Australia. He died just three days to his 26th birthday.

The funeral was attended by over 1,000 people including many national and sporting dignitaries as well as the Prime Minister of Australia, Tony Abbott. It was also broadcast live on Australian TV.

The entire Real Madrid first team were presented with brand new Audi cars from Audi Q7’s to S8’s and SQ5’s.

Eto’o married his long term partner Georgette in a secret ceremony just outside of Milan in Italy. The event was attended by only close family and friends.

However there are speculation about the wedding preventing him from taking part in Everton’s Europa League match in Wolfsburg on Thursday night... Hopefully it won't.

The Time is Right For Arsene Wenger To Leave Arsenal.. Fans Cry of Frustration..

Will give it to you simple, plain and un-edited cause this is not just a post but  a cry of frustration..

Arsenal have most recently snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. No Manchester United supporter can tell me any different, their club played crap tonight. But yet, they’re the ones that have dragged themselves into 4th position, while Arsenal are languishing in 8th. How is that possible?

Arsene Wenger is quite frankly a horrible tactician. Let’s be honest, Arsenal’s team isn’t bad. Within their ranks, an abundance of talent. They have two strikers that can get between 15 and 20 goals in a season. Even if you don’t like Olivier Giroud, he still is a pretty fine goal scorer.

Arsenal also have the best creative midfield in the country. Don’t get me wrong, Chelsea’s midfield is better, I’m talking about general assists per season. Arsenal had the highest assist maker in the country last year in Ozil, even if you think he’s shit, he still got 14 premier league assists.

The Gunners also have the best Premier league goal keeper (he had the most clean sheets last year, so for now he’s the best. Take it or leave it.) So why are Arsenal where they are? Why should they have over 60% possession, 25 shots and still lose to a Manchester United team that had its 40th injury during the match.Yes!  40 Flipping injuries! No matter how bad it has gotten in the Emirates, we never racked up those numbers.

The simple explanation? Arsene Wenger is a stubborn cow that’s stuck in his old ways. Lord Jesus, I play basic Football Manager and even I can see a few errors. I still don’t know why Wenger still protects his players when they miss opportunities. If anyone did what Wilshere did today with Mourinho he would be benched. No questions. You don’t miss a one on one opportunity less than 5 yards away from the goal keeper. It isn’t done!

Another thing, Why in the world is Monreal still playing centre back. Because of his positioning he nearly gifted di Maria a third goal and was no where quick enough to catch Wayne Rooney on the counter for his second goal.

Oh. Yes. It’s important to mention. Manchester United’s first shot on goal was in the 85th minute. Excuse me? That alone tells a story. This is the worst state United has ever been in and will ever be in. Unless of course they want to start playing Under 18s and I don’t think van Gaal likes youth that much though.

All those things would have been fine. If Tyler Blackett wasn’t in defence. You mean to tell me that Danny Welbeck couldn’t score against Chris Smalling, Paddy McNair and Tyler Blackett? Abeg? Olivier Giroud is still our first choice striker jare.. Welbeck can move to the wings now.

Simply put. On the basis of this performance Arsene Wenger has nothing more to offer to Arsenal. Alex Ferguson has written on how predictable Wenger’s tactics are/were, Jose Mourinho has called him a specialist in failure. The writing is on the wall, and it’s high time Arsene took a step back rather than dragging Arsenal down with him...

lol.. i know the guy said some unbelievable OYO!  things like "Arsenal having the best goalkeeper or midfielder.." But please don't panic... Its not easy to be a fan of a team manage by the specialist at failure.. But let's not forget one thing.. "Nobody brings in huge profit like Arsene Wenger.."
